adult Programs

Tenafly Nature Center offers programs and interpretive trail hikes geared towards adults who want to learn more about their natural world. Presentations are appropriate for any adult audience, including meetups, senior groups, special needs facilities, service clubs (Rotary, Kiwanis, Lions), garden clubs, college classes, professional organizations, homeowners associations and non-profits. Other professional development opportunities for educators are offered as well. 

Our TNC to Go Adult Speakers Bureau provides traveling naturalists available to teach select programs at your location, as well!

Adult Field Trips

Adult nature enthusiasts will find these "hands on" interactive field trip programs informative and also a chance to explore the trails and unique habitats of the nature center.  Join one of our Environmental Educators to discover what our 380 acre living museum has to offer!

TNC to Go Adult Speakers Bureau

Can't come to the Tenafly Nature Center? Through our TNC to Go Adult Speakers Bureau, we offer a variety of presentations and programs that can be brought to your location and tailored for your particular organization. 


Self-Guided Groups

Tenafly Nature Center welcomes visitors and is open year-round. If your group of 10 or more participants is unable to schedule a program with one of our educators, contact us about a self guided visit!
