Map & Activities

The Tenafly Nature Center consists of nearly 380 wooded acres, a pond, and an interpretive building. It serves many purposes: a sanctuary for hundreds of species of plants and animals, an important educational facility and a passive (unlike a park) recreational area.  When the trails are open we welcome visitors to hike, bird-watch, observe wildlife, cross-country ski, snow-shoe and ice skate. Below you will find information and activities to enjoy on your next visit

Dedicated to preservation and education, the Tenafly Nature Center Association is a private
non-profit, member-supported organization
committed to the environment.

Memberships are available to anyone with an interest in nature and who wishes to support the Tenafly Nature Center.
